Undergraduate Curriculum

1. Training goals

The objective of the undergraduate major is to equip students with both professional knowledge and practical applications.

Students should learn professional knowledge, statistical thinking, practical applications of data analysis and artificial intelligence. Graduates are also encouraged to take elective courses in various disciplines such as science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, and literature. In addition, graduates are excepted to have skills in scientific innovation accomplishment and international professional vision.


2. Training requirements

Through four years of study, students should master a solid mathematical theoretical foundation, statistical knowledge, statistical application skills and techniques, and have strong practical ability. Moreover, students should consequently requisite interdisciplinary research, applied thinking, CET-4, good expression skills, independent learning ability, preliminary research ability and strong ability to adapt to different social and professional needs.


3. Graduation requirements and types of degrees

Students who have completed the training program within the period of study, have passed the grades and met the graduation requirements of the school will be allowed to graduate. The school will issue a graduation certificate for those who meet the requirements for awarding a bachelor's degree will be awarded a bachelor's degree.

Type of degree awarded: Bachelor of Science degree

Total credits for graduation: 138-144
